The Designer, Roberta Freymann

Roberta Freymann: Global traveler who speaks five languages, style diva, interior designer, arbiter of individual style, New Yorker, entrepreneur, and mother to Maki (a thirteen year old Scottish Terrier.) In 2003, Roberta launched her world with two complementary yet distinct signature collections: Roberta Roller Rabbit and her namesake. Her philosophy of chic global style at accessible prices coupled with her larger than life personality have captured the hearts of women of all ages from around the world.

On one of her many trips to India, Roberta discovered the fairytale of Roberta Roller Rabbit and quickly decided to bring it to life through her colorful, fun prints and patterns. She launched the collection with signature kurtas accessorized by pareos and beach bags. Today, Roberta Roller Rabbit includes tablecloths, napkins, placemats, furniture covers, curtains, bathrobes, bedding, pillows, and quilts as well as loungewear for adults and children in dozens of signature prints, from sweet animals, to feminine florals, to bold graphic patterns. Each item is created by the centuries old craft of hand block printing and dried in the sun, adding to the distinctive charm of her collection.
