Return & Exchange Policy
Jewelry, sale merchandise, and items purchased from the 'surprise' section are considered FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. For all other items, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date for exchange or refund. Goods must be received in original condition and packaging, unused and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and the Return & Exchange Form. Swimwear must have the sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We cannot refund original shipping & handling charges. Shipping & handling charges for the first exchange will be complimentary; in the event of an additional exchange, shipping & handling charges will apply. Use the Return & Exchange Form provided to process your return/exchange. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Items purchased in our retail stores will not be accepted for return via the website and/or warehouse.
Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped from our US warehouse within 2 business days of placing your order. Shipping is UPS Ground Service (5-7 days) to all continental US destinations, unless another service is selected. The cost of shipping will depend on the weight of the package, ship to zip code, service method (ground or expedited) and includes a $3 handling fee. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Please note: we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.
Applicable Taxes
We will collect sales tax on all purchases to be shipped to locations within New York & California. The rate of sales tax collected will be the rate applicable in New York & California at the time of purchase. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes if any, applicable to merchandise shipped to locations outside of these states.
