New York City Opera’s Spring Luncheon celebrated women’s support of and contributions to the arts. The lunch included an intimate performance by NYCO soprano Julianna Di Giacomo accompanied by Kevin Murphy on piano. Roberta decorated the tables with signature Roberta Roller Rabbit linens and also provided floral arrangements. 25% of proceeds from sales at Roberta’s NYC boutiques on the following Saturday were donated to NYCO.

The International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC) works to generate health and population policies, programs, and funding that promote and protect the rights and health of girls and women worldwide. Moved by the work the IWHC do for women around the globe Roberta held an evening of shopping and fun at her namesake boutique donating to raise funds for the IWHC. 25% of proceeds from the event was donated to this organization close to Roberta’s heart.

At this festive event, designers, celebrities and other notable personalities redesigned Roberta Freymann signature sun hats to be auctioned off for this worthy cause. Project ALS brings the best science to ALS patients in form of effective treatments and ultimately a cure. Project ALS has raised over 30 million dollars with 81% going to research programs. Roberta maintains her commitment to finding a cure.

The Hampton Classic Horse Show

First organized in the early 1900s, the Hampton Classic Horse Show is the largest hunter/jumper show in the United States and celebrated its 33rd anniversary this year. With more than 1,500 horses exhibiting and more than $500,000 in prize money offered, the Hampton Classic displays some of the finest Olympic show jumping athletes in North America attracting more than 60,000 spectators. One of the most extravagant social events of the summer with a mix of writers, artists, entertainers and business people attending, it’s only fitting that Roberta set up shop in the Boutique Garden offering her hand block printed Roberta Roller Rabbit products & very fabulous Roberta Freymann pieces.
